Prof. Dr. After his high school education, Yusuf Yağmur successfully completed the Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine and received the title of medical doctor. He completed his general surgery specialization at the University of Health Sciences Istanbul Health Application and Research Center between 1989-1994.
